Hey you luvelies!

I started out on the 5:2 September 2014. I've since meandered off to lowcarb and more like 20:4 or OneMealADay (OMAD). But lately (like over a year) I've been slacking off. I stopped weighing and logging July 2015.

I've done some FD spontaneously here and there but nothing serious. I'm ready to come back, since I've regained ca. 6 kg in sheer gluttony :p

I won't log for now, but I'll do at least 1 maybe 2 FD per week until goal.

Great to see both oldies and new members here!
