Post your weigh-ins here for the week Saturday 21st - Friday 27th.

Be honest and accurate with your logging, the only person you're cheating is yourself, don't forget it can take up to 4 weeks for your body to adjust to eating in a different way/adjusting your calories, be patient, even if you don't see results straight away, stick with it - we can do this!

Week 8 meal planning was ok but I was out for all but one night during the week so way off my weekly target but still down on last week.

difference from last week down 4.01 yay I ate 1200 cal diet and tracked everything last week. This week I am going to do another 1200 calorie week then increase it the following to 1600.2 -

Alright, so I'm just going to go from when I started weighing again, which was two weeks ago. As opposed to when I started, which was a couple years ago. I also don't have a target weight yet. I'll see how I feel when I get there.
