Here is a site I found. However, personally, I tend to just throw in a hunk of meat, some oil (olive, avocado, coconut and/or butter) and whatever seasoning seems to strike my fancy at the time - almost always includes salt, pepper and garlic. Then for the last hour or so throw in a LC veggie like zucchini. So far everything has turned out great. I think I prefer pork shoulder the most, but I have tried other pork cuts as well as multiple cuts of beef.

The great thing about a slow cooker is that it is hard to go wrong if you keep it simple.

I've recently started using a slow cooker and have got better results when cooking up everything first on the stove top before transferring to the slow cooker; similar to transferring a casserole pan to the oven.

I sometimes do a crock pot of scrambled eggs, cheese, HWC, maybe some ham cubes, diced peppers, onions, etc. Last time, though, I used too many onions and had some serious carb creep. I do this for large batches to take to the office for special occasions - might not make sense unless you have a very large family. It takes lots of time to cook also compared to conventional methods.

Otherwise, I also usually throw a big piece of meat and add water and maybe some veggies. Come to think of it, this might be a good idea for this coming Sat. I have a pork roast and some veggies to throw in with it.

I also make a chicken tortilla soup that could fairly easily be adapted to a slow cooker, as long as you're on a reasonable carb level plan. It has onions, garlic, jalapenos, fire roasted tomatoes, black beans (could swap for soy black beans, use only half, or leave them out - doesn't affect flavor much), broth or stock, chicken breasts, cilantro, and served with lime juice and cheese. I've added sour cream when serving before on a day I needed more fats...and it looks not so pretty with the lime in it, but it tastes just fine. Otherwise it's not high on fats, but could be accompanied by some sort of fatty item. My guy uses tortilla strips in his, but I love mine without...

And the Chicken Ranch stuff....was chicken breasts, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning. It wasn't "ranchy" enough for me, and I liked it serve with salsa and sharp cheddar cheese, or each with flax crackers or something...like a dip (maybe pork rinds?).

Thank you all for your ideas & recipes, however, I can't stress it enough that I am looking for slow cooker recipes with the nutritional info. (carbs, protein, etc).

The recipe feature here on mfp enables you to calculate the nutritional info on your own. I prefer entering the recipes myself because I often switch out or add ingredients based on our preference as well as adjust serving size.

^^This. Even if the recipe contains the nutritional info, are you going to use the exact ingredients at the exact quantities? If the recipe says "2 lb. pork butt roast" and the grocery store's closest in-stock is 2.18 lb., are you going to cut off 0.18 lbs. and throw it away? Of course not... So use the recipe builder on MFP for these things.

This is the cookbook I've been using for years.
    https://www.amazon.com/Everyday-Low-Carb-Slow-Cooker-Cookbook/dp/1569244286/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1485445395&sr=8-1&keywords=everyday+low-carb+slow+cooker

Nutrition info is stated with "net carbs" which doesn't suit everyone's requirements.

I see that there is now a Kindle version. Do yourself a favor and buy the paperback. As much as I like my Kindle, I find it hopeless when following recipes.

It isn't a premium feature. Us standard members can use it as well. Personally, I put in all the ingredients and then go back and edit the recipe before logging to match "servings" to the number of grams or ounces. It might look like a food has 1,183 servings and I ate 256 servings for a meal... because I made the serving in grams for the total and ate 256 grams.

I'm a standard member too... use it all the time!! Yes, I try to gauge my servings as an actual measurement like weight or volume also. The term "servings" is quite random. Then next time I make something... I may make a few edits due to ingredients used that time. @happieherbie just watch the ingredient lists/entries closely, especially if it is pulling the recipe on its own from an url. On mine at least, some things default to really weird numbers. 1 banana ALWAYS comes up originally at over 1,000 calories.... Butter seems to default to cups, rather than tbsp. even though it is lower measurement that was added. I always have to manually go in and select a more accurate entries for some things after having a panic attack that 1 serving = 3000 cal (for example lol)

I like to put chicken breasts or thighs in the slow cooker, add a little salsa on top and let it cook. When done, shred the chicken and serve it over cauliflower rice (I'm a huge fan of the new frozen cauliflower rice) and add some cheese on top. It goes great with some sliced avocado too!

My favorite slow cooker recipe is Creamy Ranch Chicken. 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breast in slow cooker add 1 cup of chicken stock, then cut 1 block of cream cheese into cubes throw it in the slow cooker, then sprinkle in 1 pack of dry Hidden Valley ranch dressing mix. cook on low 5-6 hours the sauce that forms needs to be stirred a few times to mix in the cream cheese. My cream cheese wasn't melting well so I turned the heat up to high for 30 min. I serve it over cauliflower rice just cauliflower I chop in a food processor and cook with butter in saucepan over medium heat until warmed through. To add this dish to my food diary I broke it down by ingredient I don't remember exactly how many calories but I remember it was around 18 carbs for what I ate and I ate two breast I will message you the nutritional facts I put in I will have to find it.

    Free on Amazon

    https://www.amazon.com/Instant-Pot-Cookbook-Delicious-Ketogenic-ebook/dp/B01N4S7QOM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1485876357&sr=8-1&keywords=terry+watts+instant+pot+ketogenic

Ignore the reviews. It got 3 stars.. 1 person gave 4 stars and another one gave 1 star because they thought instant pot meant, instant... pot. They were disappointed....
