Post your weigh-ins here for the week Saturday 21st - Friday 27th.

Don't forget to share your strategies and stories in the announcements threads (if you want to). Be honest and accurate with your logging, the only person you're cheating is yourself, don't forget it can take up to 4 weeks for your body to adjust to eating in a different way/adjusting your calories, be patient, even if you don't see results straight away, stick with it - we can do this!

    Week 8 meal planning was ok but I was out for all but one night during the week so way off my weekly target but still down on last week.

    difference from last week down 4.01 yay I ate 1200 cal diet and tracked everything last week. This week I am going to do another 1200 calorie week then increase it the following to 1600.

    Alright, so I'm just going to go from when I started weighing again, which was two weeks ago. As opposed to when I started, which was a couple years ago. :s I also don't have a target weight yet. I'll see how I feel when I get there.
