Just curious if there is a limit to being to high into ketosis? and can you go into ketoacidosis?

dangerous? no. but it means you're dehydrated if you're showing dark purple - not "more in ketosis". drink some more water.2

No. It's 100% IMPOSSIBLE for you to get ketoacidosis unless you are a type 1 diabetic.
Trust me. I've spent many days and nights in ICU with a T1D daughter.
Please understand that this life threatening condition has absolutely NOTHING to do with not eating carbs and has ONLY to do with a body that does NOT produce insulin AND very high blood sugar.
Eating a keto diet is perfectly safe. So much that even my T1D daughter eats keto and it actually REDUCES her risk of getting DKA because it helps to keep her blood sugar from getting high.
Also, DKA doesn't just sneak up on you. A person becoming acidotic literally feels like they dying. I'm not talking the worst flu you can imagine. I'm talking 100 times worse than that... can't walk... can't stay conscious... severe pain in all your organs at the same time... can barely breathe... it's waaaaaaaaaaaay more than some high ketones.6 -
thank you!1

In a relatively healthy individual, there is no dietary keto acidosis. Your body if capable, will not let it happen. That being said it is always recommended to consult your pcp (primary care physician) Not saying your PCP will be on the Keto bandwagon. Mine sure was and is not. She is down with me eating vegetables and I'm sure would stroke out if I decide to go 100% carnivore LOL0
