    Very Happy to be in the 140's 2 days in a row.

    This week goals: get in my water, do a daily 7 min body weight app, 45 min of exercise daily and keep my calories under 1600.

    Don't worry just yet, we are at the mercy of our hormones and that means even on a good week you can go up instead of down. Keep an eye on it over a couple of weeks and check out the chart on the MFP tips thread it has some really useful info.
