Looking for a good beer chili

Trying to get rid of some bottles of beer - does anyone have a good (and good for you) beer chili or other recipes? Beer breads are always tasty, but high in carbs, and usually sugars!

I have won 2 different chili cook offs (the only 2 I entered) and did it by googling "award winning chili recipes". :-) I tweaked the recipes a little to make them mine but it worked! I think they both had beer and of course tons of veggies! Chili is easy to lighten up...double the veggies, swap in ground turkey or chicken (perhaps up the spices) and enjoy!1

google Rachel Ray's Uptown down-home chili. It has some heat to eat with the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, so just watch that if you don't like spicy chili. It's very tasty!0
