Hi, I'm new to the ketogenic WOE but I really going to give it a go. I've been doing research and decided to give this WOE a try. I done Atkins and lowering my carb intake has never been a problem; its getting enough fat and protein in my diet. I also have PCOS and want to see what this WOE can do to improve my symptoms. Either way I hope to connect with anyone who's willing to give it an honest try!
