Hey! I'm pretty new to this whole thing, so I was just wondering whether 6.8 kg in one month is doable? That would be a dream! I've got a really big occasion in march, but I wanted to know if I'm just setting myself up for disappointment if I aim for the same!1 -

I'm finding it difficult to lose anything so I'm aiming low, I'll do it slowly and gradually. I think it works better for me that way. Even if it's just a kilo a month.
At least I've managed to keep the little I've lost off so even during the holidays when I went over my calorie max often and exercised less, I didn't gain too much back. I thank this app for that!
It means that when I have off days and sink into chocolate and pizza I know that I don't have to throw in the towel and think I might as well just give up. It's easier to get back on track and also easier to not go too far when I allow myself treats.
I'm happy to add friends on here if anyone is interested and in a similar position

Yeah I'm going slowly and gently too, about a 1lb a week, sometimes only half is fine as I'm focussing on building muscle and fitness primarily.

I'm starting my 3rd round of 21 day fix tomorrow and am hoping to lose at least 3 pounds. Wedding dress shopping on feb 18th! I made my meal plan and grocery list this morning and will meal prep tonight.4

Shoo - going to give it a good go and say that I would like to get to gym at least 3 times a week for weights (my cardio is taken care of, as I walk quite far every morning with my dogs and will do some intervals before doing weights on those days) - I would like to be kept on track with that.
Weight-wise, I am currently 140, would like to get down to 135/136 by the end of Feb.
I think it's possible if I stick to it with passion.

My ideal goal is back down between 118 - 122. My 50th birthday is this Sunday, 02/05. So I have to let that go and set my sights on week by week, month by month to reach my goal. Also - chainging up my exercise. Dropping some dance classes after a performance 02/14 that will allow me to get more cardio in.

I'm a little late to the party, but I want to jump in! I've managed to keep the weight loss going, even though it has slowed down considerably as I am nearing my ultimate goal weight.
Starting weight on Feb 1st: 131.4
