Hi everyone! VSG was 10/27/14, I have been maintaining a weight loss of 125 - 130 lbs. for one year but would love to get to my goal of 15-20 more. I have found myself falling back into old habits. Would you all be interested in a recipe exchange on this thread to give others some new ideas? I will post the first one!

I tried this recipe for the first time last week and it was DELICIOUS! Whole family enjoyed as well. I used peppers onions and mushrooms for toppings.

That looks really good, I am going to try that, I think turkey pepperoni would be great on that and Trader Joe's has a really good light mozzarella.

I made this the other day because I had a cake craving that would. not. go away: http://thebigmansworld.com/2016/09/17/healthy-1-minute-low-carb-cinnamon-roll-mug-cake/
Because I can't follow directions very well ( ), I made some modifications. 1. I microwaved it for about a minute and 30 seconds. Don't recommend. 2. I skipped the glaze part because I didn't have coconut butter. It probably would have been delicious though. 3. Instead of milk, I used a caramel Premier Protein shake. I was out of milk. Lol. I think I used about 3fl oz of the liquid, which was a little under 1/3 of the shake. 4. I just sprinkled cinnamon on top instead of the cinnamon & sweetener combo.
It's not really low calorie. I think it was about 330 calories for the whole thing, but you could easily cut it in half and share it or save some for later. The flavor was good and I think if I hadn't over-microwaved it, the texture would have been good too. Mine was a little dense and dry.2 -

I made these Spicy Tuna Patties tonight and loved them. Pretty tasty if you're a tuna person. I chopped up and sauteed some mushrooms and added those into the mix as well. I topped the patties off with some fresh spinach (been trying to sneak more iron into my diet) and avocado and they were delicious!1

I use this recipe for Petite Turkey Meatloaves as a jumping off point for my weekday lunches. I follow the recipe instructions, but I typically use ground beef instead of turkey and I add a cup of shredded zucchini and 2 cups of shredded spinach. That increases the yield from 4 loaves to 8. I've made this recipe the past three Sunday nights. I take a mini meatloaf for lunch at least a few days a week and my toddler devours them for his dinner a few nights a week. This picture shows my adjustments.
