    I changed my daily goal to 17,500 steps, maybe this will help change up things a little.

    Didn't quite get to 10,000 steps. Tried to curl but the left knee and hip said "NO"! So I will find a chiropractor today and I have a massage on Monday.

    I felt a little sad yesterday but I managed to get up and go exercise this morning - funny how I feel so much better now! Wish I could have a do over for yesterday :#

    That is good that you are refining and tweaking your goals. The exercise endorphins make us feel so Good!

    Will jump in soon...most of January, sick with a cold that does not want to let go. Today I have felt the best ... pool time tomorrow with a sauna as a reward.

    Looking to start out fresh, February 1...charging everything now...waterproot shuffle and fit bit.

    I purposely requested to have lunch at my desk so I could get out of work 1/2 hour sooner. Sure enough, got sick and have not yet been able to get to the pool early. This should be the week I do so. Wednesday is the day.
