Will jump in soon...most of January, sick with a cold that does not want to let go. Today I have felt the best ... pool time tomorrow with a sauna as a reward.

Looking to start out fresh, February 1...charging everything now...waterproot shuffle and fit bit.
I purposely requested to have lunch at my desk so I could get out of work 1/2 hour sooner. Sure enough, got sick and have not yet been able to get to the pool early. This should be the week I do so. Wednesday is the day.

Wow I took a hit on my goals thanks to lots of rainy days. I was close on my daily goal target (23/31) but missed my walking miles by 10! Thankfully when I look at my total Fitbit miles I still got 100 miles :-)
