Yesterday, I had an envigorating hike to the top of Piestewa Peak in Phoenix, AZ.

Yes! I exercised by cleaning all afternoon, I have a rental unit and the tenants who moved out didn't leave it very clean, positive side to that is that I got lots of exercise! lol5 -

Feeling positive about Day 1!
I got in a nice brisk 30 minute walk on my lunch break in the sunshine and I am hoping to make it to a Cardio Boxing Class tonight, so I already know that I will definitely get my Exercise in!
I still have 400+ calories and I haven't logged my exercise yet and we are broiling small New York Steaks with some veggies, so I'm fairly sure I will stay under calories; if I can just STAY away from the bowl of Heart's day Candies (usually not a problem but there are peanut butter candies in there-my weakness )

For Wednesday, I work from 8a.m. till 8:30p.m. with few breaks in between. Most of the time I am just exhausted when I get home. Therefore I am counting my piano playing for exercise. It's not the ideal "exercise", but that's all I can do for today.
