    Yesterday, I had an envigorating hike to the top of Piestewa Peak in Phoenix, AZ.
    It was a beautiful day!

    Yes to all three. 100 calories to spare and 35 minutes walking desk plus light shoveling snow.

    Feeling positive about Day 1!

    I got in a nice brisk 30 minute walk on my lunch break in the sunshine and I am hoping to make it to a Cardio Boxing Class tonight, so I already know that I will definitely get my Exercise in!

    I still have 400+ calories and I haven't logged my exercise yet and we are broiling small New York Steaks with some veggies, so I'm fairly sure I will stay under calories; if I can just STAY away from the bowl of Heart's day Candies (usually not a problem but there are peanut butter candies in there-my weakness :confounded: )

    I'll post again in the morning about my complete day. Have a GREAT evening!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and my added goal for February is no straight sugar - check!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes -- 1 hr at gym. I could tell how out of shape I am for not exercising in a week and eating horribly.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? YES!!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, sure did!

    Exercise for 20 minutes: Yes (play piano for 4-5 hours)
    Under calorie budget: Yes
    Track everything: Yes

    For Wednesday, I work from 8a.m. till 8:30p.m. with few breaks in between. Most of the time I am just exhausted when I get home. Therefore I am counting my piano playing for exercise. It's not the ideal "exercise", but that's all I can do for today.
