    For Wednesday, I work from 8a.m. till 8:30p.m. with few breaks in between. Most of the time I am just exhausted when I get home. Therefore I am counting my piano playing for exercise. It's not the ideal "exercise", but that's all I can do for today.

    Wow! I am so excited to see all these check-ins! February is going to be a great month! Great job everyone!
    Exercise? Yes, I went to my usual 5 oclock Cross-fit class. I almost got 10K steps in BEFORE I got to the gym! So a couple of long walks away from my desk since the weather was so gorgeous.
    Calories/Tracking? Every bite! With about 650 to spare

    Exercise :+1: 30 minute walk through the hills around work. Ended up with a darn sinus headache at the end of my work day so I missed, my Cardio Boxing class (again :confounded: ), but so glad that I at least got that lunchtime walk in! :heart:
