I take the Nature Made softgels. They are not chewable, but I have a sleeve & can swallow mine. I hate the taste of vitamins, so I always get the softgels for whatever I can so I don't taste them when they hit my tongue. You can get them on Amazon. They have kept my blood levels up. At Walmart there are B12 gummys you could try.0

I really like the NatureMade Vitamelts B12. 1500mcg each, they dissolve under your tongue fast and they have a pleasant berry flavor.1

I use these too! I often dissolve them, along with my bariatric multi, in my flavored water.1 -
NatureMade Vitamelts. Best one so far I've tried.1

I use Nature's Bounty sublingual liquid B complex; bought it on Amazon I think. Very inexpensive and pleasant tasting. No issues at all.0

I use the Naturemade 1000 mcg sublinguals. You can subscribe to them on Amazon so a bottle shows up every month.
