Do each of these workouts at least once...you can do them as many days as you want, but you need to do at least one of each. <3<3

I'm sorry they are so big.

Let us know what you think.

I like them big, eyes are old! :D I will try them tomorrow. Have to see how my shoulder likes them. I did start the Hero's challenge for real with my daughter today. Last week I was just feeling it out.

My internet was really off yesterday. I could hardly get logged on before it kicked me out. So I did not get to log any of my challenges! :'( I did get in a few long walks and some workouts. I was doing sets of 9 reps at 70 pounds today. Not my 90 + but longer sets. So I am good with that. I am really getting back into working out. Going tone sore tomorrow.

I did a mish mash of them. There are things in each that my shoulder just would not do. :( I really like the half wipers and mountain climbers. Still working on the Hero's challenge also. Tonight is day 3.

Great work on the Hero's challenge you are doing w/your DD!!

Got Falcon and Total Body Strength done today with a bunch of steps between each Falcon exercise while I watched Ronan sleep!! We meet w/our trainer tomorrow night, but I'll get Butterfly done in the morning. We took Ronan and Bean for a short walk this afternoon. It's still pretty breezy and chilly but they loved it! DDD picked Ronan and Bean up so the evening is ours!

I'm going to try these today. Time to get going again. I'm on a short break from tennis...spring season doesn't start until mid-March. I need to use this time to start doing other things.

Thanks Chris! I did 4 & 5 since last post. Tonight is Day 6, and it looks fun. B) You are rocking it Chris. And I bet Ronan does love those walks. What baby wouldn't?

Nice hearing from you again Kathy. Stay busy while on your break from tennis. :)

Thanks, Shelley! Yeah, he loves the walks...gets his feet up on the tray that his legs are supposed to go under...so darn cute! The last couple of days have been rainy and windy and cold. Six weeks and two day until Spring... Nineteen and a half weeks until Summer...sigh**

Worked out w/our trainer for an hour. Got the other challenge done. We'll get our long walk in tomorrow and Sunday. We'll walk in the cold rain, but we won't take Ronan out in it. The kids will come over Sunday at Super Bowl Half Time and we'll have salad and dessert!!

Chris you saved my bacon again this week. I got up to work on our other challenge and get it done. To find that two of them were this one! You are an angel. I was able to work on my Hero's Challenge instead! We are doing Super Bowl alone this year. So I will do better with eating. And yes, lots of walks with my babies also. Love our walks. Some day I want to have a personal trainer. You go! <3

I haven't talked to Paula in a while. I think about her a lot. Tell her HI! for me.

Walked w/DH this morning then got busy and started cleaning out our cupboards and pantry of stuff we never use. Man, there is a lot! Some of it DDD needs to see if she can use, the rest will go to Good Will. I've managed over 16,000 steps messing w/the mess!! Tomorrow I'm going to hit the garage after we walk and see how much I can get done before the kids get here. DDD and I may workout instead of watching the game. We'll see.

I had to leave a message since there was no answer. We watched the game. It went into overtime with the Patriots winning. Rocky was not to happy about it. Since it was not Seattle I did not really care who won. Just liked watching the plays.

Hope you got your cleaning done. I sure need to do some more of that! That is a lot of steps also! B)

I worked on cleaning aquariums yesterday mostly. Getting a new holding tank up and going. And emptying out an old one. Looks better now. DD came over and we got in our Hero's Challenge. I will be glad when my body is not sore all the time anymore. I cannot raise my left arm during superman pose! I will be glad when I can get this Frozen shoulder all healed!
