Everyone is sick, right?

I don't know why the change of the seasons is so hard on health, but everyone I know is either sick, getting sick, or just getting better.

Anyone else?

Nearly everyone in my office is and most of my family too. I suppose it's my turn next.

Lots of my family have had a virus to contend with. Not going to be easy to avoid it :(

I think I'm the last man standing in my office. Everyone else lost a day or three to illness. At the risk of incurring divine wrath, I'm feeling quite well, thank you.

I had a wretched cold most of Christmas week. I am still suffering from intermittent coughing. Seems to be a lot of bugs going around.

Count me in the currently sick boat. Was hoping it was just my allergies kicking up, but by yesterday I turned into a full blown snot factory. Tonight I'm running a fever, so I think it's shifted to being the flu. Blargh.

Sneezing in your general direction @UncleMac...I mean, misery loves company! :D Come over to the dark side...

Even my son took a bit of a flu although he passed through it fairly quickly.

I hope you feel better soon, @b3achy... plenty of fluids and rest. I'm a fan of turmeric & ginger tea with milk.

Whole family had/has head colds. Thankfully, we are all on the down side.

Our whole campus at work is a petri dish. We have students returning for the spring semester from all over the world. It's amazing I don't get sick more frequently.

Hoping I'm finally on the mend, though still some ups and downs, so watching my activity levels. Thanks for the recommendation @UncleMac. I ended up picking up some lemon and ginger tea the other day, and that seems to be helping. Haven't tried turmeric and ginger tea yet.

I'm glad you're feeling better, @b3achy... Here's the fancy recipe I use... although I usually add more of the spices than this calls for as I like it strong.

I had a tickle in my throat midweek and I thought I might be coming down with something. Still clear!

A couple of guys at the office are now three weeks into the flu. They're working wounded. Ugh.

As long as Friday's CAT scan doesn't turn up anything (probably won't), I'm fine so far - knock on wood! - but there sure seems to be a lot of crud going around lately.

Hope all of you who were caught up in it will feel better soon!

Full on man-cold. Spent yesterday doing nothing productive ( holiday here). I went into work this morning to do the pay entry for my shop and my environmental supervisor's shop ( day off for him). I stayed to chair the Emergency Planning meeting, the turned the OHS meeting over to my co-chair to run, and took my cold home.
