Big failure for me at yesterday's weigh-in. No idea why it went up so much, but I guess that happens sometimes. I would like to blame it on water retention after eating a bunch of salty foods on Saturday, but I never quite believe that.

It's a bummer to keep going up and down after losing somewhat consistently for the last year.

Last Week: 307.4 lbs
This Week: 310.4 lbs (+3.0 lbs)

Starting GFB weight: 359.4
Total lost with Team GFB: 49 lbs (grand total 104.6)
Goal weight: 220

Yeah been working some OT and I noticed myself the other day. I really think I should slow or stop on an energy drink and focus more on coffee. How do you feel about charts I have made? Should I even continue that?

I liked the charts, but I suppose they aren't really worth doing without many people posting regularly.

I'd love to but it used to take me longer to add the info, now it's like 2-3 names and that's it. I might do a 3 month or 6 month update, that way people can get a bigger picture.

Might be worthwhile laying off the energy drinks @Col. Even though you can drink zero calorie energy drinks it's pretty much all chemicals.

What do you guys tend to eat by the way?

Yeah, today I took coffee instead and it felt better for sure. So got a coffee mug on the way to the house. Right now I'm eating on a strict budget. I trying to balance with fruits and such. Dinner lately had been pbnj for dinner.

Damn it's never good being short on money, I hope it looks up for you soon. As far as coffee and it's transportation I'd suggest an aeropress and some fresh ground when you get the money to afford it. There's literally nothing like good coffee done well

Yeah, trying to move so I cut back on a lot of things. Food (mainly the bad food I cut back on), and games are wants and not needs for me. Gonna be tight till about October but it's the things you have to do. I'm using a mix of Kcups and mc cafe grounds. Thanks for looking out.

Yeah Col that's exactly the thing. It's pretty handy to travel with and you can get more durable metal filters too.

I get you with saving up though, sometimes trying to be sensible with money sucks :')
