Yeah February, that much closer to warmer weather . . .
I am going for 10 miles M-F for the month and hope to be reasonable on the weekends

magic I love your ticker! Thanks for getting us going in February. I am still on holidays and everything is harder to do on a tablet.

- 120 miles
- 10,000 steps 15 days this month
- Control the eating
- water, water, Water

Good to be back...and you're welcome Lilymay...enjoy your vacay! I finally am going on one March 9...for ten days to visit my niece and her DH in Houston. Last vacation was in 2009 in Spain, at their wedding. OH MY...I am so overdo...looking forward to it. In major diet mode now...need to lose at least five pounds by then.

Yes, tried out the new golf shoes. My orthotics don't fit in them, my calves are a bit sore. I will put some Dr. Shoals in them when I get home.

My goal for increasing my step goal to 10 miles M-F is to see if the increased activity actually makes a difference in my weight or how I feel . . . this is my first week and it has been interesting - at this point it has increased my need for sleep

Thanks Lilymay...at least I am posting daily. Big improvement there. Vacation is March 9...I need to up my E drastically if I am going to get into my jeans. Yikes! Thanks for always being so encouraging.

Did not have fitbit on yesterday...too bad, was house hunting. Back on today. Today decluttering...tossing and donating...this is the year ...we are getting our own home...with a lawn...(HOA takes care)...but LME is going to have a place to play...Tuesday she turns 14. I am trying to keep my promise to her that she will have her own home!

down the tobogganing hill.
Running total - 80.55 miles and 10 days over 10,000 steps
Finally stepped on the scale this morning - after being on vacation since January 26th, too much food, only 4 rounds of golf and even with all my walking in the morning!! I have gained a little bit of weight. Some could be water weight but still a gain of 4 pounds
So, best buckle down to some serious CONTROL and EXERCISE.
