Week one Fitness and Nutrition Challenge (Feb 6-12)

Hi everyone,

I was thinking that we can have a weekly challenge amongst ourselves each week. I will start this weeks challenge off as:

NUTRITION CHALLENGE:
* Record food intake each day

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
* Exercise at least twice this week (does not matter what you decide to do whether it be a walk or weights, whatever you don't do normally)

    One mile walk. Not a lot but more than I was doing!

    I went for a 3.33 mile walk today pushing a stroller through an inch of snow which sucked but great arm workout LOL That was the only way my little guy would sleep today
