Week #7 Healthy Habits and Weight Management Challenge

Here we go for a week#7. There is so much great progress being made. Keep up the great work. We only have 2 more weeks to go.

Don't forget to print your charts forweek #6 and get them to me no later than 9 PM today - Monday.

Our healthy habit this week is to stay at or under your carbohydrate goal and track your food for five days. You will also track your sugar intake, your water intake, your exercise minutes, and your weight. It's getting tougher, but I know you can do it!

    Can you confirm that this week we are tracking protein, in addition to all the others? You mentioned above carbs, which I thought/hope was last week?
