This is something I'm working on. I would say 90% of my weight gain comes from stress...and 90% of my stress comes from trying to meet some picture in my head of unrealistic expectations. I've been doing better but it's a tough habit to break.
Found a personal trainer app that's pretty cool to use. It's helping me kickstart my activity level again. I also went hiking with the hubby yesterday. The kids are doing my workouts with me which is cool, teaching them better habits than I had.
Busy day today, staff meeting all morning, and work the rest of the day. But hubby is free tonight so hopefully we can spend some time together as a family.1
