    I had a personally horrible December and January....I am ready to put it all behind me and get back on track!
    Weekends are tough for me too....I try to plan the weekend ahead of time as much as possible, but it is hard if I have to travel somewhere.

    I had a pretty good January and am hoping to keep up the momentum.
    I have a real problem with weekends too. I dont drink nearly enough water. At work i have really awesome coworkers who are a huge support and drink sooooo much water so it reminds me to drink mine. Need to keep that up on weekends.

    I have been absent from the boards completely over the last month and a half or so. I have started really watching what I eat and I go to Valley Medical Weightloss every Saturday to be weighed. It is diet pills prescribed by a doctor. I did really good the first week, lost 10 pounds. I do not anticipate losing that much again, so basically any loss is a good loss. I'm just going to concentrate on eating right and exercising. I mow and use the weeder on my front and back yards as much as I can. I am convinced that I lost the 10 pounds by doing that. Takes a lot to push that mower around a yard...it's electric so I also have cord I am dealing with. Good workout! lol

    Another 3 pounds down this week. I sure hope this continues. I am really happy with my progress. My niece and I are on this journey together, she also lost 3 lbs this week. I am even more motivated! Have a good week everyone!

    January was an eye opener. Was doing fairly well and then up at the end. Been experiencing a lot of belly bloat and water retention. Started LCHF a week ago. I am now solidly in ketosis. Finally starting to feel better after that "low carb yuckiness" and hopeful I have found something that is going to work well for me. *Fingers crossed*

    I definitely messed up this entire week. I did not eat right and did not get much exercise and didn't drink my water. I will have to do a lot better in order to lose what I want to lose. I tend to be very hard on myself an I'm trying to get better about that. I am still very motivated and will never stop reaching for all of my goals. Here is to a better week!

    This month is going by quickly! LOVE seeing all the success.....you guys rock! Stupid Valentine's Day, and stupid gift of homemade walnut Carmel brownies! Well, not a stupid gift, but my hubby does not do things in a small manner, so he made this HUGE batch. Ugh. I have some work to do this week!

    Total for month: 13 (from jan 21 - today feb 18) 13 pound loss
    I know my month actually started in January but that's when I started with Valley Medical Weight Loss so I included it here.

    One more weigh in this month. Dare I push for 20 pounds loss this month. I won't be disappointed if I don't do it because I have already done a good job and 7 pounds is a lot to lose in 1 week. But then again I lost 6 pounds this week. That's only 1 more pound. I believe I can do it. I'm going to go for it! Wish me luck!

    I am pleased with my progress so far. I know my food intake is going to be they key to my weigjtloss. I can't take cheat days because that one day turns into 1+ month(s). I cannot afford to do that anymore. My doctor and I discovered that the carbs, breads and sugars were my major problems in regard to my stomach troubles. Since I have stayed away from those things for the most part my stomach issues have gotten a lot better. It's not completely gone but I am not in pain every time I eat now. I still need to find a good gastro doctor. I am also taking 2 different types of probiotics which has helped too. I am back on track and I intend to stay there now. No more cheat days for me. I am very happy to stay just where I am. See everyone next week!

    Well I didn't hit my goal of 20 poinds lost this month but I fell a few times from doing the "healty" living. I got back up, dusted myself off and got going again. I am very pleased with my total for the month. I will keep pushing and moving forward with my journey until I am comfortable.

    Went to the renaissance festival today with my niece and had a blast. I walked around for 5 hours so now I have to push myself to walk further than I normally do. I have ankle problems but they are never going to be better than what they are now so I just have to push through it and keep going. I am more determined now than I have ever been and will not stop until I reach my goal. Here's to next month and more than 13 pounds lost. See you all next week.

    Well, pretty close to my goal for the month--i'll take it! I am still hugely busy with my Dad's health issues, causing a lot of time on the road (200 miles each way) and not getting much workout time.
    Looking forward to a less chaotic March for sure!
