So, I moved country about 18 years ago and this morning I agreed to attend a girly school reunion in April. There will be 10 of us, all friends from back in primary school. I only stayed in touch with one of them, and she's the one who organised this. I'm flying over for just the one night.

It won't be a fancy affair, it'll be at her house, so no panic about what to wear (well actually, what will I wear?), but we are talking 35 years. Thirty-five. :o

Soooo, 7 weeks left to get myself in my best shape. Which means losing 3 kilos preferably, that should be doable right? Now, how to get myself look 10 years younger? I don't think botox is an option here... ;)

1 pound a week is easily doable :-)

Olay Regenerist Night Cream? And lots of sleep.

    You look awesome anyway so...

    Best of luck

Ooze confidence and happiness and you will outshine them all - LOL!

While you can lose that weight I am not sure it would show how you hope. I would suggest doing some strength training, just knowing that your strength has improved can go a long way to how you feel and reflect on how you look. Good luck, and have a great time.

I know how you feel, I am on the committee that is planning our 25th, which is in 2018. I just want to look my best, and feel confident. Good luck to you! You look great! You are going to kill it! Also, I imagine everyone feels the same way in regards to wanting to look younger, thinner, but really all we need to do is be ourselves.

Hahaha, you're probably right, I reckon all ten of us are dieting like mad right now :D

Good luck to you too, you still have plenty of time anyway, so I'm sure you can do it!
