    Sorry this is a few days late...I did weigh but forgot to check in.

    SW (2/2/2016): 147.4
    February Goal: 146.4 (I lose soooo slowly now, so I'm aiming for 1lb/month this year)
    Ultimate Goal: 135 lb

    I like daily accountability (I have a weight tracker app) but will weigh in here once a week.

    Feb. 2: 147.4
    Feb. 9: 146.8
    Feb. 16: 148.4 (menses is this week, so this means almost nothing)
    Feb. 23: 146.6
    Mar. 1:

    I may actually hit this goal!

    Lost 3 this past week, but since it was my first week logging and maybe some water weight/slightly different times weighing, I'm not concerned that it's too much too fast! Aiming for .5 lb or 1 lb this week.

    Well, it's almost the end. I didn't meet my goal. Never-the-less, I am happy. At least I'm coming out even after a really bad beginning! :D

    February 2017:
    SW (Feb 4th): 127.8 lbs.
    Feb 11: 129.2 lbs.
    Feb 18: 128.8 lbs.
    Feb 26: 127.4 lbs.
    Feb 28: lbs.

    GW (Feb 28th): 125 lbs.

    We learn something even on the bad days / weeks. All of it moves us forward even if we can't see it yet. We "will" get there!

    Goals: sleep more, drink 1.5L of water, 3-4days of workout, 3-4 days of yoga and 54kg.

    Hello Everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. Last week with was a disaster and unhealthy, because or I didn't have time to eat or I'd forget to eat and whenever I ate mostly it was those quick unhealthy foods. Also I couldn't workout those days knowing that I didn't feed well my body, the only workout I did was Saturday, which I'm still proud of.
    I decided to do my check-in today because I'll be following a 5 day working out challenge and I'm expecting to be eating healthier.

    145.8! Good grief! So this is what being good on the weekends gets you...I will check in in 2 days as well, but I don't expect to get much lower; I haven't been this low in almost a year.

    High gear was a success!!! I am pretty sure that this # is a blip but as it's a blip in the right direction, I am pleased as punch! Hella hard work. Way to go everyone. Checking in is a success in itself...See you all next month I hope.

    I went through a huge transformation this last month. After a lot of struggling, binging, and frustration, I decided I needed to stop the hard diet I had been sticking to for 4 straight months. I lost 12lbs and then gained back 2, and I'm not weighing in until mid-March for my sanity! I'm going to do a 6 week cycle of maintaining my weight, restarting weight lifting and strength, cutting back on cardio, and learning to balance my macros.

    After the 6 weeks is up, starting April 9th I'll start a new 4-6 week period of cutting with focus on macros and calories.

    My favorite research resource was Jen Heward's YouTube videos and I encourage you to take a look, she's a nutritionist and takes a realistic look at changing the female body.

    It's important for us all to remember that our bodies get used to the same routine, so in order to not mess that up, like I did with all my Valentine's binging, we need to focus more on changing things up rather than the scale. I started obsessing over the scale and it didn't end up well for me this month, so I'm hoping to help out anyone else who might be struggling and as frustrated as I've been!

    I'm really late to this party! I was on another group but was frustrated by the lack of accountability.
    I started the month at 144.3 lbs, today I'm 141.4.
    I'd like to lose another 5 lbs by the end of the month.
    2/13-141.4
    2/20-140.9
    2/21-140.4
    2/27-139.1

    I have to lay off the after dinner snacks! Otherwise I won't get to my goal. My 59th Birthday is coming up in 6 weeks and I'm really hoping to be on the lighter side of 130 by then.

    I missed February goal by 2.5 lbs. Happy I lost 5!!

    I'm keeping this going in March and hope I have some company ladies

    I've been so good about going to the gym lately. I hope I can keep it up! In other news, it's finally starting to look like winter might not last forever, which is exciting, even though I know it'll stick around for at least another month (thanks, Maine).

    I can't believe I gained weight. I'm really frustrated. I thought I was doing a pretty good job this last week. I think I'm going to revise my March goal to 142- hopefully I can do 5lbs in a month.
