    Exercise: yes, today was bicep tricep day
    Calories: stayed under but o so hungry. Favorite food today was sweet potato.
    Tracking? Yes I'm tracking it ALL. I think due to the hunger and wanting to stay under I've drank so much extra water. Not that it is a bad thing.

    Oh mein Gott! It feels so good to crawl into bed with my computer. We sang 3 German pieces ( two Brahms - lovey) for Ash Wednesday service and one long latin. I found it a little stressful!

    A new month has so much ENERGY!
    My report: I'm still in Pittsburgh through Friday, then I fly to Phoenix for a 2 day rendezvous with a married woman ( my wife, Rose, aka, Snowbird).
    On Monday, its back to my law office in Chicago metro. Whew!
    Exercise at a gym in Pittsburgh. 45 minutes of a Octane Interval machine & lots of body weight exercise
    Tracking: ok
    Calories: about 200 calorie under limit

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? - yes, 81 cals under goal and I didn't use any exercise cals
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? - yes, even the jolly rancher I had after lunch

    Exercise - I did the minimal today, 20 minutes of walking

    Logged all food and drink and was under my goal

    Thanks for another month, Rick. Do your best while you're travelling- it matters!
    I was in winner's circle last month, but didn't lose weight. I still consider it a win- consistent and actually being conscious of what I'm eating. My caIs were creeping up at the end. Just like you, tinacuso, I need to cut more sugar this month. I wish everyone the best and see you in "circle" on the 31st!

    Exercise: 30 min Jillian Michael's DVD, 30 min walk
    Calories: below limit by some, but a little hungry now
    Tracking: yes, even one bite each of pita and choc zucchini bread (kept it to a bite- win!)

    Most importantly for March 1st from half-Welsh me is to wish you all a happy St David's Day, the patron saint on Wales. So I send you all a virtual daffodil! :)

    Secondly, it's great that the start of lent has fallen on the 1st. A fresh start and opportunity to focus on what it is we need to do, and which distractions to let go of, to be our best possible selves. So, I'm making a new commitment to check in here every day, to log everything every day and I'm giving up bread, chocolate and crisps (UK speak for us potato chips).
