Thanks for another month, Rick. Do your best while you're travelling- it matters!
I was in winner's circle last month, but didn't lose weight. I still consider it a win- consistent and actually being conscious of what I'm eating. My caIs were creeping up at the end. Just like you, tinacuso, I need to cut more sugar this month. I wish everyone the best and see you in "circle" on the 31st!

Calories: below limit by some, but a little hungry now

Most importantly for March 1st from half-Welsh me is to wish you all a happy St David's Day, the patron saint on Wales. So I send you all a virtual daffodil!
Secondly, it's great that the start of lent has fallen on the 1st. A fresh start and opportunity to focus on what it is we need to do, and which distractions to let go of, to be our best possible selves. So, I'm making a new commitment to check in here every day, to log everything every day and I'm giving up bread, chocolate and crisps (UK speak for us potato chips).
