I didn't have those shorts, but I wanted them. Too funny. Hurting today, but I'm going to get myself to the gym for some weight lifting. Working all weekend so I need to plan ahead with all my meals.

Thanks for the morning giggle @RangerRickL

A bit of a blizzard happening here in S.E. Alaska, sadly a mother and her child were hit by a snow plow this morning and a plane went down--why anyone would attempt to fly in this weather is beyond me, but calling for prayers, well wishes, positive thoughts and good energy for the folks around here. Where ever you are, BE SAFE OUT THERE MFPalz!

My plans for last night were changed again, so I've mapped out my menus for breakfast and lunch for the next few days, but so far am going to leave the dinners a bit more flexible since my Mom and Step-Dad are having their anniversary dinner one night and I'm supposed to watch Disney Movies with a couple of my Besties I believe on Saturday night...

Have a Fantastic Friday! I'll be back to check in probably on Monday!

    Oops posted in 2nd March...
Thanks Rick! And to answer, these are Welsh cakes. Mmm. I have fond memories of making batches of about 20 with my nana (grandmother) as a child.

Yes x 3 even despite an impromptu play date for tea time (dinner). Salmon and ice cream for 12-month -olds. Half a bottle of wine each for the mums. Which is why I'm checking in now (20.20 GMT) to declare eating and drinking finished for the day and everything logged. Exercise was walking along the river and now about to do a quick clean of the house ahead of a visit from the in laws for the weekend. Hope you've all had a great day!

    Those Welsh cakes look devilish!
I am participating in the CrossFit open this year. The second workout was announced last night and I am about to go give it a go.. It is going to be a rough one. Weighted lunges, dumbbell cleans, pull ups and toes to bar. I am going to feel this all weekend.
So think happy, strong and quick thoughts for me! LOL
Oh I wish I could wear those clothes from your new line Rick HA!

My boss actually said to me you don't exercise on your 12 hour days do you. I said yes I exercise and then I go to bed and I 'm out for the count. She goes the rest of us go out for drinks and then hit the sack. My new work place is a very social place I am adapting but I have decided I am going to stay true to myself even if that is boring. lol

The guy in the center looks a little like Pre. I'd want to look/dress like a running hero (in 1970). They sure must be upright boys, with their shirts all properly tucked in....everyone have a great and safe weekend!

    Exercise: 1 hour walk
Calories: yes but tough, because I'm not adding in extra for exercise on most days this month. I actually denied myself ice cream and 3 different cakes tonight (among other things)- a win!
Tracking: yes, and I ate the whole enchilada- literally. Good thing they were homemade and I knew all of the ingredients.
