2 month progress photos - warning: Underwear (and not flattering ones!)

Started keto Jan 9th and as of today I am down 23lbs and as many inches. I actually have a waist forming! after 3 births, my mom pouch is going to be the hardest part of all. but I am so happy with the progress! va4ebma91d9o.jpg

    That's awesome, and really noticeable! I took some before photos too and I'm just a month in as of March 1st. I wasn't sure when I should take some more for measure, but I think I may just follow your lead and see what things are looking like 2 months in. Great work!!

    Never too late to get a good comparison photo. It won't be from day one, but it'll still show a lot down the road.

    Awesome job!! This Ketogenic diet truly is amazing. Your results are even more dramatic & noticable than mine -very impressive!! I love it!!

    It's funny because just yesterday, after I took my weekly measurement numbers, I was actually thinking about creating a "progress report" post too lol (but more centered around my non-weight related issues). I still might do so later today, or sometime this week.

    haha, maybe when I am alone in my back yard! but definitely won't be covering up as much as I used to!

    at first I thought I wasn't making any progress going down in dress sizes... but my "small" pants are quiet big now, so I think if I was to go pant shopping, I may be about 2 sizes down, which is amazing!
