If you log into the Fitbit website and click on your profile icon near the top right, that link is the one you can paste here. That allows people to send a friend request.

For those of you that have been both logging on MFP and utilizing the Fitbit, please advise: If I add my cardio on MFP does it increase my caloric recommendation? Or do I need to be super careful about the time that I was exercising and log it as recorded in FitBit so that the two cancel each other out? I walk/run at least an hour each day and my record shows no cardio-even on the days that I am running. I know Fitbit can tell by pace when I am running so this surprises me. Please give input. Thanks.
