Taking the train over dinner hours tonight to Toronto, business class. Back home tomorrow on regular class.
How do you manage the business class meal? I didn't handle the booking, so I wasn't able to do a dietary request (low-carb isn't an option anyway).
The ride back tomorrow is right after my training, so I won't have time to grab anything. I'm thinking of ordering the cheese tray for dinner tomorrow night:
Selection of Canadian cheeses: honey goat, smoked Gouda, yellow cheddar and OKA wedge, with fruit, almonds and 70% Lindt chocolate square.

That cheese tray sounds like a great option. I'm not familiar with Via Rail menu offerings though, sorry I can't offer more insight!0

Bring along some nuts to tide you over, and eat only the low carb parts--leave the rest. Enjoy the ride!0
