I didn't forget, just running behind and trying not to stress eat. When it rains it pours at times but we all need to learn to handle stress without turning to food. Tell me how your week was

I am 1lb away from my lowest recorded weight!!! I'm so excited! And 1.8 lbs away from ONE-DERLAND!!!! I wonder if I'll hit under 200 lbs before I start growing more.
I'm trying so hard to eat healthier, it just doesn't work that well. Still haven't had coffee, which I'm proud of. And still increasing water. I'm averaging about 9-11 cups a day. Still can't wait for warmer weather!4 -
