Week 1 of restart I've tried for months to do a whole week and I finally made it after illness
- 6lbs
- 29 lbs to go
- 42lbs since my highest weight
Hope next wells kind as I know week 1 it's lots water loss1 -

208.4 down 3.4 for the week.

Prime example of why I am tracking measurements! The scale tells me I have lost just 8 lbs since Jan 1 but my tape measure tells me I have lost 7 inches around my waist.3

I weighed in this morning and found that I lost 3.5 lbs from last week. The extra walking and mfp really helps keep me on track!4

Down 0.2 pounds. Its a win, as i expected to gain at least a couple with all the stress eating.1

I do walk when i can. Did a little over two miles at lunch today and almost the yesterday. Its when the stuff really hits the fan and i can't leave that things go askew for me.
This will be a better week! Going to start logging good again for a while, as i received a premium upgrade with my samsung gear fit 2.2 -
