I really would love to feel good in a tank top this summer so I am inspired to find a great arm exercise and put it in my routine. I am starting with one I found on youtube this one you don't need weights

Love this challenge. I would love to tone my arms enough to feel comfortable enough to wear a tank this summer. I really like the video you posted. I think I will do it too!1

Took me 3 days but actually kept up with her the whole 10 min today!1

It was harder then I thought. My arms got tried (and sore). I had to stop a few times. I think I will keep doing it every other day ( arms too sore to do it every day) until I master it. Thanks for sharing the video.0

I am glad you like it! I think every other day is a good idea. We want to get in shape no injuries!!! I hurt my shoulder a couple of years ago and ended up with frozen shoulder and believe me that was no fun at all!1
