I believe it was "Love, Honor and Obey", but you know Wednesday was International Woman's Day; of course you do realize last year woman of the year was a man.

Day started out being very stormy with hail, should be clearing and sunny this afternoon but turning cold for here.
Dennis, good luck, hope rain quits before you have to drive in; traffic seemed lite for me; only took hour and 6 minutes did 80 most of way.
Continued working or project last night, if I can get a good couple of hours in tonight may finish wall Saturday.
Hold on, you may have to sit down for this, DMIL was sober last night! even kept my mud stocked.
DW is diabetic, I need to lose weight so what does DMIL go out and get yesterday? a 3 lb. bag of Robin Eggs, a lb bag of chocolate and a 56 oz. bag of M & M's Peanut. Fills dishes and sets them in our great room instead of her area downstairs.
Princess Lisa, hope family has special weekend planned for you.

Good Morning BBB.
Meeting with broker #2 this afternoon - she was recommended by a friend and I met her last week so today she has sale proposal prepped and Tom will meet her. Then we decide which broker to use and get photos and get it listed - probably on the market within two weeks. Very exciting.
Lee - yes, they actually gave Jack fluids - it was our medics and doctors and paramedics from firehouses in the city. He was stuck 3 times and received about a third of a bag of fluids. Not unusual when dogs are working in heat and humidity to receive a full bag, rest and return to work.
Kelly - there will be a guest room for you and other BBBers.
Dennis - I hope the eye surgery is successful and recovery quick.
Bill - too funny about the texts to your sister - I have to remember that as my brother's time zone is two hours different than ours. Ha!
Bob - continued prayers for DD.
Sam - I think that is the first time DMIL has had a sober day and then she gets Easter candy - oy.

DMIL sober? Onto a sugar buzz, huh.
"Family fun day" (that's what the kids are calling it) tomorrow for brunch and poker for eight of us (funny how its with my exes sibs and our mutual nephew and his dw, and of course my DS2 too. My XDH is kicking the dust up in his urn (sorry, that's not nice, but likely so true). Im happy these 3 mid twenty somthings want to spend time with me & SO, and our generation. One of Xdh's sib is closer to my sons, then his own daughter which has disowned him and his new wife. So we were all bro-sis inlaws at one point for 20 yrs., now these last 17yrs, I consider myself their outlaw LOL. So yeah, I guess we go way back. I met XBIL as a high school junior, he intro'd me to his older brother, my XDH. Okay so that's probably more info then you all cared for.

Good Morning!
I've been married 27 years, in part, by not bringing up that "obey" thing. Connie does have a T-shirt that says "She who must be obeyed." I wonder of I got the obey part backwards?
I used to be part of a group where we referred to our spouses as "SWMBO" (see t-shirt words, above.) It probably is better to refer to spouse as DW. Connie likes her shirt, however.
