Third basic component of an exercise program is flexibility. Stretching helps improve circulation, range of motion, posture, balance, endurance, and decreases stress and tension. Flexibility should only be done after you have warmed up.
Evenly stretch both sides of your body. Don't stretch to the point of pain. Don't bounce or jerk, stretch slowly and evenly. Don't hold your breath when you stretch, try to have consistent breathing. Flexibility exercises should be relaxing.
Again, my favorite is to search "Fitness Blender stretch" on YouTube!

Friday is usually the day that I do a PIYO workout which is alot of stretching and poses. It feels so good after a long week with sore muscles.1
