Big jump tomorrow! Week 5 Day 3!

Tomorrow is the big jump from 8 minutes to 20 minutes. I know I can do it as I've done this program before a couple years ago. But I'm still nervous lol. How did you guys make out with this big jump in time?

Just slow down and keep telling yourself you can do it! It really is a mind game at this point. The body is ready!4

I did it! And then some! After stalling ALL morning I finally did it. I ran during my cool down too! 25 minutes straight! I find, for me anyways, that I hit a certain level of fatigue but it doesn't get any worse and I can manage it for a long time.

@betterhalfbarone good luck! You'll do great! If you get too tired just slow down a bit! The first few minutes are the toughest then it's all good for the rest!1

Had to slow to a walk for 20 seconds at 15 and half minutes - at the top of a hill. I'll count that as a completion.2
