So my first fast, after I ended it, I went crazy and ate whatever I wanted. lol Not recommended!!
After my second fast which ended on Friday, I have watched my carbs, etc. I'm happy to say the scale went up .6 but now is down 3~!! so amazing to me to watch the scale drop and not be starving.
I may try to fast again this week for a few days. I haven't decided yet.
Anyone else have experience with fasting?

I do a combination fast, I do the alternate day fast I seen a YouTube video about, it's staying under 500 cal one day and feast the next. I was already doing intermittent fast in that I only eat during an 8 HR window, noon-8pm and fast the other 16hr. On the days I do the 500 thing, I try to do mostly eggs cause I'm a low carb person and they have it all, fat, protein and low carb and calorie, and fill me up. The days I "feast", I eat still low carb but stay under 30 net. I end up eating a ton of food in that 8 HR window. So far it works great for me.1

Staci, that's great to know. I have to say, this is the easiest diet I've done. I never would have believe I could go for 4 days without eating a bite! It takes away so many cravings and you just don't get hungry.
I've read recently about a "fasting mimicking diet", which sounds like what you are actually doing.
On days I'm not fasting I do intermittent fasting (IF). I'm hoping to get through the weekend by incorporating a fasting mimicking piece and then resort back to full fast on Monday. I'm not sure I'll accomplish it, but we'll see.
I'm down another 1.6 from yesterday and a total of 18 now. I'm pretty happy and still motivated.
