The guy who ran the Keto Summit last year has a webinar on Monday evening (US time) with what sounds like it may have ways to help.
Here is what the email I got said:

Registered! Evening my time probably won't be able to watch live, but if he's sending the recording, I'm all over that. I FELT freaking fantastic on keto, BUT....my thyroid tanked, I stopped losing weight after a few months, and developed a crap ton of other issues/symptoms, etc. So even though I'm not at the "last bit," I'm excited for this!2
