Hoping to drop another 4 lbs and get to 195 before the end of the challenge. I've been bad and splurging on Monsters (the white cans - Zero Ultra) - drinking them like water and I need to stop. Told my husband to stop buying them unless "special occasions" and getting back on top of my water consumption as of today. I feel like crap without it - headaches every morning - so I need my H20!
I've also lost 4 inches in my waist, 3.6 inches in my bust, 2 inches in my thigh(s), 2 inches in my hips, and even 2 inches in my calves since the beginning of the year.3 -
