Recently got a smoothie maker so interested in what your favourite paleo smoothies are that you'd recommend :)

    Here's my current favorite:

    1-1.5 cups spinach
    1 mini cucumber
    Some cilantro
    1 banana
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
    Coconut milk

I'm relatively new at paleo, so I've not gotten past the most basic smoothies:

    Coconut milk
    Frozen fruit (mix and match)

. . . which is good enough for me, for the time being. I still need to work up some courage to throw veggies in--I know a lot of people do it but I still associate 'smoothie' with 'fruit'.

Oh, and Chia seeds. There's a lot of good fat & protein in those tiny seeds.

Try a hand full of spinach, it doesn't change the flavor much, then you can work into zucchini and cherry tomatoes.

    Kale

    Lemon
    berries
Yacon syrup (for a bit of sweetness)

My hubby puts cod liver oil in his smoothies too, but I have not mastered that level of commitment :D

Move over Milkshake! 1/2 avocado, 1/2 frozen or fresh banana, 2 tbsp cacao powder, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup ice, a few dates or 1 to 2 tbsp honey for desired sweetness.

This one is yummy too, the greek yogurt can easily be omitted.
1 banana, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spce, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup ice cubes

This is typical for me. It tastes like a chocolate banana milkshake.
Coconut milk, protein powder, power greens, banana, collagen peptides, cinnamon, cocoa powder, almond butter, ice.
