I have been on a low carb diet for about 1 month (try to stay under 50 carbs) and am down 31lbs. However, I was getting bored with my meals. But this veggie spirilizer just changed everything!!! I made apple noodles with cinnamon and butter - best dessert I've had all month! Also pesto pasta with zucchini noodles. Super tasty. Does anyone else use veggie noodles? Any tips or recipes?

I've been on the fence about getting one. Can I ask how much it was? I was looking at the $10 one at Walmart just to give it a try and see how I like it.0

I got mine on amazon for $29. It comes with different attachments. Love it, I made zucchini noodles or "zoodles" if you will. Sautéed them in butter and garlic then tossed in Parmesan cheese. Delicious!0

I got the $15 one from walmart. It is awesome and a lot of fun. I just made a Greek salad with cucumber noodles. Soo many ways to play with it! I saw a recipe on pinterest for Mac and cheese with zucchini noodles. I'm going to try that soon

I love spiralized zucchini in cream sauce with bacon, mushrooms and spinach.2

I use my mandolin to make squash noodles, spaghetti like or lasagna like. I really like zucchini noodles in the lasagna, as good as regular.
We had spaghetti squash(no device needed ) with beef and bacon meatballs, low carb pasta sauce from Muir Glen. Yummy stuff.1 -
I threw mine out. It was great, but I couldn't for the life of me get it clean, or get the green off from the zucchini. You can't scrub those little blades, all they do is rip threads off the sponge, and a toothbrush didn't even work. I also tried soaking in hot soapy water forever but still no luck.0

I like to roast the zucchini noodles. I toss them with a little oil, and put in the oven for about 15 minutes. They are great with chicken and alfredo sauce.1
