I know it has been here before but I cannot find it. What is the solution to hair loss while dieting?

Seems it resolves itself once weight loss stops. I've also heard people say to increase calories, but that's just going to slow weight loss so it's really the same solution.
For me it stopped when I stopped losing weight.0 -
My doctor said it is part of weight loss. I started Biotin. Time will tell.0

I have been using PiraPlex also called B401 in some countries for about 5 months.

While I am not sure it is going to grow hair at my age I am using it more to prevent mental decline. Some of my friends (?) state at this point in time I should be looking for something to reverse mental decline.

It is too late for me to experience any (more) hair loss on my scalp. Face, ears, and eyebrows seem to be as thick and robust as ever.3

Here's one of the old threads. I had it bookmarked in case hair loss happened with me (eating keto) but it did not. Hair loss didn't happen in my losing phase either. My calorie deficit was fairly moderate and my food choices were broad. Not sure if that helped or I was just lucky.
