So instead of making a weekly post, we are going to try something new. Some people might not have been able to post on that Monday because of work or whatever might be the reason. Instead, let's focus on just posting a weigh-in so you have an easy place to see how your doing each month and possibly give inspiration to some other GFB folks. Post as many times as you would like and hopefully this will help.

Till next time friends!

91 kg here! Weight has maintained over the past few weeks. But I'm not complaining since I'm more interested in less fat rather than less weight.

Have you noticed muscle? I know you were trying to gain it and didn't know if you lost and maintained weight while gaining.

My weight on Sunday (my usual weigh-in day) was 300.8. So far that makes 114.2 lbs that I have lost since starting in January last year.

Assuming I lose again when I weigh this Sunday that will be the first time I'm under 300 in...maybe 10 years? I don't really even remember.

A 114lb drop is definitely something worth taking notice of! Keep up the good work Squirrel, you're killing it.

Col, well the weights are going up so I imagine there's more muscle somewhere haha! Might need a case of taking a photo then one in 6 moths though.

Squirrel wow! 114 is no joke and the fact that you are still dropping is amazing. No reason to stop at 300  !

Yeah a photo at 3-6 months might show you more than you realize.

I'm finally back in the gym, about 4 years ago I was motivated and lost 110lbs, then my daughter was born and that all went down the drain, oops. I don't have a weight goal necessarily, below 300 would be cool but just fitting comfortably in a 2xl shirt would be amazing. As of last night I'm sitting at 336, tonight was my 3rd night backnin the gym. Let's gooooooooo

Nice! at least you got a kid out of it, now to make sure you're there when she is older:) Keep up at the Gym! What are we doing? Cardio, weights, special class? I miss being a kid and eating whatever I wanted.

What do you tend to do at the gym? What's your workout look like?

When I'm firing on all cylinders usually 45 minutes of lifting weights and then 20-30 minutes or cardio. I try to rotate different groups everyday. Abs on Monday, Legs on Tuesday, etc.
I walk 30 minutes to campus so I usually hit my 10,000 steps easy

I have been taking weekends off to rest but as it gets warmer I'll begin training for a 5K again

So it sounds like you actually hit the gym regularly, which is awesome. When I was going to the gym I would always do some form of cardio and alternate various parts of my body to work on. Was actually fun to look forward to ab day or leg day.
