Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Most of us don't get enough sleep. I will put in a 14 hour day today. I do that about 2x per month. My usual night's sleep is 6 hours. Once per week, I allow myself to sleep at least 8 hours. It's wonderful.
What about you? Are you getting enough sleep?

I do get plenty of sleep even if it means hitting the hay very early. I suffered a brain injury in my 20's and if I am exhausted my body literally shuts down so as not to cause an accident or burn down the house. I make sure to get at least 8 hours .
Yesterday the VP asked me to her office. It's like being called to the principles office. Lol I am being sent to the branch for 2 weeks. Not sure what is going on as we had a briefing how we are going to be tight staffed at our location and when my boss said to me well? I said I am going to the branch for 2 weeks starting Monday. I thought her head would explode. All I thought was I can do this if all else fails I can reward myself with diet coke. Lol1 -
The best thing about retirement is setting your own hours to do whatever. I am a morning person, and after years of getting to my classroom at zero dark-thirty, I still get up very early. With that said, I still tend to go to bed with the chickens, so yes, I am getting plenty of sleep...usually about 8 hours.2

I always try to get at least 8 hours of sleep, but it doesn't always happen. I am also a morning person. No matter what time I go to bed, I am always up early. Eight hours is only achievable when I can make it to bed early.
Exercise? Yes; a 30 minute walk - I think that I overdid it yesterday. My body is exhausted today, so I skipped the gym. Back to it tomorrow.

Hope you're walking your dog with your good hand! Hope your pain is minimal and that you're able to get that 8 hours sleep we need.

Pass Day #4
I'm out for this months Winners Circle.
For years, I did not get enough sleep. I was always grading papers late after I got my family settled. I reduced my workload this year and am averaging 7 hrs a night which is a big improvement from my 6 hrs or less.1
