I'm new around here but i love this idea.

I was 137lbs on 25th Feb but I think my scales was on the fritz to be honest as it was nearly 2lbs lighter than the day before. Had my friends hen party that weekend too which was a lot of eating and drinking so that pushed me back up a pound of two that I'm now struggling to shift.
Feel free to add me if you like, my diary is open and I try to eat whole 'clean' foods and cook a lot from scratch but try to leave room for Nutella if at all possible most days. I stick to 1200 daily and don't eat back exercise calories (maybe max 100). Would love more friends on this!
GW for the end of March is 133.5 (hopefully!!) but ultimate GW for End of July is 118.1 -

time to weight in.
First I went up almost 2 lbs and then down 3,5. All within the one week.
(I know, I shouldn't have stepped on the scale that often...)
Anyway, this morning it seems to steady for what it was the last 3 days.

GW for the end of March is 133.5 (hopefully!!) but ultimate GW for End of July is 118.
Weighed in a day early as I won't have access to a scales tomorrow! Delighted! Well on track to my march goal. Ideally by April 7th I'll be 130lbs but not sure if it's possible, fingers crossed!

Goal Weight for this month - 75kg
Goal - I have been sick with a nasty cold for this past week, so my activity level has been next to none. I need to get moving again (miss my walks and spin class), I need to see 75kg on the scale and realize my ultimate goal which was started almost a year ago
Down 0.6kg (1.3lbs)! I am very happy with that
March 15th up 0.5kg - this is what my past year has been like; down one week, up next two weeks or the same, and then down a large amount third or fourth week. So frustrating!
I think I get a little less caring about the process when I see the numbers go down, and I slack off (it is a total mental game), and then I am forced to work harder again.
My challenge to myself for the next two weeks is to end this self-sabotage cycle.

Steady Steady....I leave Friday for 1 week so I will weigh in Friday this week too. I'd just like to see how I manage for vacation. I have been doing as much planning as I can so that I can maintain at least some momentum. Fingers Crossed and eyes on the prize. Stay at or below 130 by April 1 return and I will still be on track.3 -

Noooo!!!! I gained 1.2 lbs this past week but I will blame it on the monthly visitor I am currently entertaining... I guess next week will tell if it was wishful thinking or not.
My goal this month looks a bit distant but perhaps if I'll be a really good girl I can achieve it?
Time will tell.
Also, I decided to adjust my ultimate goal to 113. I can probably lower it one more pound.
