Hi, My name is Kate and I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis late last year, so I am a newbie to finding exercise and diets that alleviate the symptoms of RA. I am currently taking Methotrexate (25mg per week). This is day one of moving forward in a positive manner. I intend to use walking as my daily exercise (to and from work daily - app. 5miles) and to be brave enough to venture into a Yoga studio to start Bikram yoga.
