Well..bad news guys...post hols weight is 9 stones 11lbs today (inc of 4lbs) & I thought I was losing weight every week

    I'm at 213.7 this morning....down 2.1 pounds from last week!

    Down 1.2, for a total of 17.4. It was a challenging (fun) weekend, so nice to see the week to week still down.
