It's weigh-in day today! Don't forget to post your weight in the thread in the announcements section today...I'll leave the thread open to around 10 p.m. tonight.
I did not have a good week, was only under calories 1 day and just kind of did whatever I wanted the other 6 days - not good! So, I'll be posting a gain this week. But I'm not going to let that get me down, today is a new day and I'm re-focused and ready to lose last week's gain and then some!
I hope everyone did better than I did this past week but if you are in the same boat as me and posting a gain then I hope you will jump right back in with me getting on track for this new week!
So post below your motivation for the group and let us know how your week went AND don't forget to weigh-in on the Week #4 thread

I had a good week last week weigh-in wise, but I also feel guilty because I didn't keep up my normal exercise schedule. Also, even though I was in my calorie range all but one day, I was still eating pretty unhealthy foods and not giving my body the nutrients and energy it needed. So I hope to get back on track with eating cleaner and exercising this week! Good luck, everyone! We can do it!1
