Spring 2019 - ReNewU! Welcome Spring!

WELCOME to our group! This is a women’s only group for women of all ages trying to take charge of our weight and health. We do weekly weigh-ins, the occasional exercise and diet challenge and have lots of supportive discussions. Please join us for spring!.

The first weigh-in for this session will be April 29th and the session will run for 12 weeks, with last weigh-in on July 19th.
